PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project management, both on behalf of the builder shipyard and on behalf of the owner, guaranteeing the certainty of the final result. Within the production structure of a shipyard, as for any other industrial production activity, the study, management and control of a project and its objectives by a manager expert in the processes necessary for its implementation is essential to optimize production with consequent economic savings and more effective control of delivery times.
CONSTRUCTION SURVEILLANCE
Experience in the nautical and maritime world allows us to effectively support shipowners in managing problems relating to the construction, renovation or maintenance of boats. The knowledge acquired by our technicians of these processes ensures effective supervision of the works starting from the definition of their fair price up to the delivery of the vessel, checking that they take place on time, in compliance with current regulations and that the equipment and services provided are proper, correct and in compliance with the agreements made with the Builder. Surveillance includes the periodic drafting and sending of detailed reports accompanied by photographs following the activities carried out and the assistance of our technicians during all the tests required by the Classification and Certification Bodies, necessary for the release of the statutory documentation of the vessel .
PARTY CONSULTANCY
The skills acquired in the nautical and maritime sector allow us, following disputes concerning a technical and/or commercial problem of a vessel, to carry out with our qualified technicians the roles of Party Technical Consultant (CTP) or Office Technical Consultant (CTU). In the first case, the parties involved, to protect their rights, have the right to appoint their own Party Technical Consultant (CTP) with the function of participating in the expert operations with the technician appointed by the Judge, with the task of providing elements useful to facilitate the work of the party's lawyer and for the successful outcome of the judgment. In the second case, the judge may deem it appropriate to acquire further useful information for his decision through the appointment of an Official Technical Consultant (CTU).
DAMAGE AND ESTIMATE SURVEY AND PRE-PURCHASE
The consultancy in this sector aims to investigate the things necessary to understand the state of the boat and the activities to be carried out to have a boat that is always efficient according to the customer's expectations. The customer will be given a report accompanied by photographs which, at the end of the inspections, shows in detail the investigations carried out and the results obtained, with observations and conclusions. These investigations are determined in the case of insurance assessments and disputes or, in the case of the purchase of a large or small vessel, to define the state of conservation of the vessel for the conclusion of the contract.
TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY FOR CE MARKING AND COMPLIANCE WITH CLASS REGULATIONS
Consultancy offered to construction sites for the purposes of CE certification of prototypes. It involves the management of the entire procedure, with the organization of tests for the preparation of the stability files, the Owner's Manual and all the technical documentation and drawings to be submitted for approval to a Notified Technical Body for issuing the certification.
The same type of consultancy is offered to private individuals or companies that market boats, for the CE Certification of a used boat coming from a country and/or built by a non-EEC shipyard or for a boat already certified, but which has undergone modifications such as to cause the certification to lapse (structural modifications, replacement of engines, etc.).
